For the adventurous, it would seem that you go for the "bartender's choice" and choose a couple words from a list including "refreshing," "tart," or "licorice," but the real adventure is right there on the menu in the "Loony Bin" section, with cocktails that include everything bagel syrup, rum with duck sauce, and miso.
