If there’s one thing Mexico really knows how to do, it’s put on a party. Whether it’s a block party for a local patron saint or an UNESCO recognized cultural event, the best time to visit any given corner of Mexico is during the local festival. Pretty much every city, town, neighborhood and village has its own unique party, and who’s to say which takes the taco for best celebration.
