Selecting a restaurant in the foodie capital of a foodie country wasn’t easy: there were dozens of them from which to choose.


The daytime-only atmo lends itself to a easy-breezy vibe, with plenty of bamboo, glass and open air spaces. One of the better-known cevicherías, so it's always crowded.
